1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of ConvertNest.biz services. By engaging our services or making payment, you agree to these terms. "Client" refers to you; "ConvertNest" refers to ConvertNest Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17124946).
2. Our Services
We provide AI receptionist setup, call automation, website design, CRM integration, lead generation systems, and related digital services. Specific deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. The remaining 50% is due on the agreed go-live date.
- We accept payment by Stripe (card), PayPal, or bank transfer (BACS invoice).
- All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If ConvertNest cancels the project before work begins, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.
- Cancellations after go-live are not eligible for refund.
- Any dispute should be raised in writing to info@convertnest.biz within 14 days of the issue arising.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom deliverables created for their project.
- ConvertNest retains the right to use non-confidential work in portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Any third-party tools, platforms, or software remain subject to their own licence terms.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
ConvertNest's total liability to the client for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
8. Warranties
We warrant that services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. call volume, revenue increases) as these depend on factors outside our control.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
